please help me!!
I've beaten 5 nintendo ghost staffs but havnt goten anything at all why is that????????????????

Its not beating there ghost but each track has a special time.for Example Luigi Circuit is something in the 1:18:?? I don't no exact. Funky=4 ghost unlocked, baby luigi=8 ghosts unlocked,medium car(one that looks like a F1)=24,REd Mii With mario trousers=...all 32 tracks baby!(i got it)hope this helps someone

You have to beat them by a certain number of seconds - I'm pretty sure it's five. Then you'll unlock the expert staff ghost. Unlock four expert staff ghosts, return to the Wii Menu and then access Mario Kart Wii again and you should have unlocked Funky Kong.
You also unlock something or someone else for unlocking eight expert staff ghosts, but I haven't done that yet and I don't know what it is.
