It depends what character you like and your preferences. I personaly use a heavy character (usualy Funky Kong, Dry bones bowser or Rosalina but it doesn't really matter) and the standard L bike but that's just me.

I use the light weight bullet bike

I would say a medium weight or a light weight character with the standard bike and heavy weights are slow but they get faster when they don't get hit for a while but I rather medium or light weight. I hoped that helped.

P.S choose any character that suits you.

It depends on your skills. If you're skilled in handling, use light karts, but if you just can't handle them, use medium or heavy karts. Hope this helps!

I always like using middleweights with Classic Dragster or heavyweight with Bowser Bike.

I'd use a car with medium or high acceleration such as the Wario Bike,Booster Seat,Zip Zip,or Sugarscoot.
