Which kart or bike should I use in flower cup mirror mode to get at least a star.

It depends what character you like and your preferences. I personaly use a heavy character (usualy Funky Kong, Dry bones bowser or Rosalina but it doesn't really matter) and the standard L bike but that's just me.

I would say a medium weight or a light weight character with the standard bike and heavy weights are slow but they get faster when they don't get hit for a while but I rather medium or light weight. I hoped that helped.
