You have to beat 100cc Special Cup, and the Mii that you play is the Mii that you used for your license.

I think you have to beat something and I only know how to do it on multiplayer. If that's what you want, then here it is. On the screen where you pick your person go ddown to Mii and then scroll over and click on the one you want. On the course where it has the people who go back and forth in the cars they have the faces of other Miis. LOL!

I know you get one mii by doing 100cc special cup, another by unlocking all 32 expert staff ghost and their is a rumor that says you get another by getting 14550points in V.S. Mode the last one is just a rumor.
I'll write back if it is true or not.

To use your mii, you have to beat the 100cc special cup. The mii that was used on the license will be used in the races. Hope this helps!
Also, I've reached 9999 points in vs, and from there you can't go up in points anymore so the rumor above is false.

It's pretty simple, really. Just beat the Special Cup on 100cc. To get a second costume for your Mii, get all 32 Expert Staff Shosts.
