I was in Wi-Fi the other day, and I saw somebody with a GOLDEN wheel next th their name, indicating that they were using the Wii Wheel. I was just wondering how they got it to be gold...

You only have to get some progress in the single player game. When you get good enough, you can even get a star.

You have to use the wii wheel over 50% and play 100 Grand Prix games.

To unlock the golden wheel that goes next to your name when racing online or multiplayer. All you have to play 100 Grand Prix games and have a Wii Wheel usage of over 50%. I hoped this has helped you.

I got my gold Wii Wheel on wi-fi from racing enough wi-fi races and progress in single-player mode, winning like 3 or 4 cups and racing around 20 or 30 wi-fi races or getting over 5000 Wi-Fi VS Race Points.

I got mine by Racing in WiFi & Single player 100cc. I just picked the hard cups but you don't have to.
