Use power moves to break tackles. Mostly run you can't risk an interception. Go on the easiest mode. If you are still losing switch teams you can pause the game and then switch teams.

Just go to options gameplay and make the diffuculty on rookie

another way to always win is to go to settings and make the player 99 and make the AI 0
