Make it yourself.....on Franchise of course. I don't think that you can change the rosters on play now or anything. Anyways at the begining of franchise go to where you can see rosters and pick creat a player. Make ONE player that you want on a good possition. Then max out his stats. Next your going to wanna bid on this player until you win it. Stay with that player and use him. After playoffs and the superbowl make another one. You should have enough money to outbid everyone else. If you have more then make more players and buy them. DO NOT MAKE A PLAYER AND PUT HIM UP FOR BIDS WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY!!! In result of that another team will get your player, increasing their team's rating and making them closer to the ultimate team.
