An easier way? Besides pounding on him repeatedly? No not really. The camera is really annoying for this. But before you fight it make sure you have all the upgrades bought for citizen health. Also have hardened soldiers, steel knight, archers, and a couple farmers.

No Nightmare2 does not know that you can't fight with him!The only way is to send your men then call them back.

I managed to beat him by getting 2 farmers and 6 grunts only. Over to the left side under a bunch of stuff I found a crack, use the farmers there. Then after you have it,you will have a hot springs to heal at, sadly it won't last forever so use as needed. After, you have to get all the grunts in the front (If they aren't press the down button on the Wii remote) and have them keep attacking. Every time he is about to hit you when they are on him, hit the B button to retreat. Keep going on like this, and you should win. Just try to keep everyone alive.
