Can you ride pancho???and what gardian do you have to defeat to get magicity???

Well I don't think you can ride pancho, other than when you find a princess and the cut scene shows you riding with the princess on pancho, my favorite is after you beat shiskeboo and get a fat princess that makes pancho breath hard.....
For the magicity..... I don't know which one it is but it isn't the ogre, the first mushroom guy, the owl hag, or the beserker knight.
Well sorry for not including this in my last answer, but I just found this out, you can develop magic city after you defeat the 2nd mushroom guy, which is just north of royal city. A person will say that a magicity has come after it is fully developed.
You can only ride pancho during cutscenes, after you save a princess. Or when in tyrant mode there is a quest, that you can get at a random time, in which you ride pancho and you have to win a race against an it. I think it's another cow but who knows. hope me helped.
