Level 2 part 4 in stuck under the plank on the ship how do I get

I fell off the plank trying to get across the quicksand. How do I eat out from the bow of the ship and get back on top to the plank to be able to get across?

There is no way to escape. I got stuck there too. You have to exit the level.

I figured it out!
Okay, so if it's Jack you got stuck under the plank on the broken boat, you need to get on the railing closest to the screen/camera and roll towards the solid ground. It's a really close jump and might take a few tries, but eventually you can get back.
Now if you did what I did at first and managed to get Elizabeth and Jack stuck there trying to free Jack, get Elizabeth on almost the tip of the railing. Like as far from the plank hinge as you can. Then double jump towards the top of the boat.
After Elizabeth is free, save Jack like I mentioned earlier.
