The shovel that she wants is inside the red box to the right of her, you need to have a dark magic user to be able to get to it so you're going to have to wait and come back after you finish year 7 part 2 at the very soonest. When you do make sure to follow her when you give her the shovel as she's going to move around and dig up a LOT of lego points and quite a few of them are blue.
