On Snapes Tears you need to use a character with a key to unlock the safe which has A Death Eater Token in it. I hoped this helps

There is a pad in Hagrid’s garden, where you can use Hermione’s bag. She will pull out a flying pumpkin and a line of studs will appear in the air, leading to a token. Jump onto the pumpkin and fly along the row of studs and collect the token at the end. The token is bellatrix lestrange

When you fight lord voldermort run behind him and hide in a corner there will be a chest of some sort use reducto to open the lock on the chest there will be a voldermort character token in it hope this helps the_xking16friend answered:
The way I did it was completing year 7 lvl 1 and getting the purple bag (and other lessons) then headed to harries garden and using hermione bag to get a pumpkin and then follow the trail of studs to get bellatrix
