You need to push the joystick to the left when you throw. Don't push up. I was stuck on that forever!

NOT working, turning the joystick to the left doesn’t do anything different! Fix this!!

This took me ages to figure out and I almost stopped playing, cos I was so pissed. Finally I found the way by accident, when I was pushing all the buttons in rage.

How to throw stuff in Lego Harry Potter years 4-7 on PS4:
- Pick the object normally with WL using the SQUARE
- When the object levitates, PRESS SIMULTANIOUSLY THE CIRCLE
- while pressing those two buttons, press now left joystick to desired way, you don’t have to spin it!
- When the object spinns, let go of the square and circle

I sure hope this helps someone, because I couldn’t find any helpo for playing with PS4
