I have defeated Bellatrix, but still can`t buy her as a character. What am I doing wrong?

You need to find her character token andthen purchase her at Madam Malkin's. Bring money, she costs a hefty 3,750,000 studs. She's found in Hagrid's backyard. You need to build a flying pumpkin and then fly up to her token.

That is wrong normally when you defeat her her token will automatically appear in the store.
