Serius Black is in the level Kreacher Discomforts. So, if you finish the whole game and go back, (like I did) you can go back to that level on the board in the Leaky Cauldron. Hope this helps! (If it does'nt, i'm sorry)

Sirius blac is in the level kreacher discomforts wich is in the order of the phenix and you have to know the water spell.hope that helps thanks for reading. J.R.
