If you are in the room of requirement and you are getting the Dementors:
Neville's one is in the circle beside Harry.
For Ron's one you need to repair the pipe on the left of the classroom, then send Pigwidgeon up and across to release Dementor.
Hermione needs to use the ancient runes cabinent, then assemble the pieces to make a bellows. Jump on the bellows a couple of times to release the Dementor.
Ginny's one is to the right of the classroom. Use Lumos to release the chest.
