My son tries to shoot using B on the zapper and nothing happens at all. They are tiring of getting killed right away with no way to shoot

To Shoot....If you have a gun to insert the wii remote, press the trigger. Or if you don't, its the B button

I tried pressing b with just the remote then I put the remote in the gun and tried pulling the trigger and it still won't work
