I need help finding the "Mito Wetlands". I've been all over the two areas that I've been able to open, and am unsble to locate this area. Does anyone know where it is??

Ok, here's what to do:
The Mito wetlands is in a completely different area, so you need to go to the ranch. Go over the bridge on the river, and follow the road. Simple!
I need to get to Milma Volcano, I have looked at all the paintings on the walls, and now what? I am hopelessly confused and have been trying to do this for over 3 months!!! Help me!!!
