How do I blow horn to start tournament?

Ok,it's real simple,but sumtimes frustrating as the horn is hidden.got to the docks where you "find" new dragons so you can train them to be your pets.once your there,find the ship that would give the the monstrous nightmare dragon.then head up the ladder which is right next to the end of the docks(hint,tou can either take this way or the ramp to get to and from the docks.)next,go to the two houses up ahead and turn left.then go al the way forward and turn right.follow the hill and you should see a viking.he will give you sub-quests.to hisleft and your right if your going up the hill,there is a ladder.go up the ladder and the next one after that.once you are on the platform go stright ahead and press A to blow the horn.hope this helps!
