Cannot win the bowling alley tournament in nitro mode with the Jackhammer. I win the first 3 every time, but when I'm about to win the last race the Wii locks up on me every time.

I have the same problem it's just instead of the WII locking, the freaking battle spec or some other stupid driver comes in and wins instead... So this is probably my 50th try today...
I have the same problem, it is really annoying, but after 100 times I finally worked. Just keep on trying if you are really determined
I beat it on nitro after many attempts, but I'm stuck on the inferno one. My advice for beating the nitro one is to try to get an item to break open the shortcut at the end because you can always avoid the glitch and the coms never use the shortcut. Very difficult challenge, good luck on beating it.
You can use shortcuts to get a little faster or try and use the boosts on the track.
