Flat mouse is there. He is a very small mouse; actually he is the smallest mouse. You have to upgrade the bus stop so that he can come. Then just walk around town looking for a very small mouse lol
He appears after you have upgraded the bus stop to level 2 and have gone passed Sanrio Day
You have too pass sanrio games day and upgrade the bus stop to level 2
You have to look for him a lot. Hes little and blue with yellow insides of his ears and a blue bow on his tail.
