Question for Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility

I have found 3 parts of the quilt the last one was found after fixing the clock tower but I'm struggling to find the rest also does any one know how to remove the branch blocking mr gelatos?

There is only two pieces to the Quilt. To get the Recipes you need to water the flowers by the Big Trees (The first two you can access are in the Town Hall Area and Maple Lake District). In order to remove the branch between Caramel River and Mt. Gelato you need to go over Ben's Rainbow and have use your Level 3 Axe Skill. In order to go over Ben's Rainbow you will need to complete not only Ben's Recipe, but Darren's and Collin's as well.
