I have collected all the right ingredients for his recipe and tried multiple times to give them to him but he just asks me over and over if I have questions about the ingredients... am I doing something wrong?

Are you 100% certain you have the right ingredients? Do you have the correct QUALITY food items? For example, Good Herb Fish must be made with GOOD fish, worth I think $200 or over.

You can also see the full list of items when he asks you if you have questions. You can check the list of things you have against that.

That, and you being sure that it's Darren you're going to, which is really quite ridiculous but I felt I should add it.
