Okay so I want to try and "woo" chase. I got the second heart event from working at the sundae inn, but I had never met him before. Now I don't see him ANYWHERE! I've been tracking him and it won't tell me where he is....What do I do!?!? Why is this happening???

I can't imagine why it won't let you track chase. Are you sure that you are clicking his name in the start menu? Some places to check for him are in his house in maple lake district and the sundae inn. On his days off sometimes he is in the town square. If you still can't find him I don't know what to tell you..... I hope you can find chase!!!
