Need HELP getting the AXE?

I went to praline forest and spoke to luke. So far he hasnt offered me an axe.How do I get one please help me thanks

You may have to go there at a certant time during the day and you may have to do somthing special first. You allso need an empty space in your rucksack. When you go there an event should start and then you get the axe.

You need to talk to Dale and then go to the forest and talk to Luke and Bo. Luke then gives you the axe.

ive went to the mine ant i still couldnt find luke ive went there everyday on sunny and rainy it doesnt work HELP!!!!
