Clock Tower

So after I upgraded my house to level 2,Gill talked to me about the mother tree and then he told me to go see Dale.Dale told me to go tell the mayor to get the clock tower fixed.When I select fix it,the mayor says he has no time.Then,he makes me do it.I know it's in the town square,but it wont let me do anything!

You must be holding the Key that they mayor gave you. Then, approach the clock tower and the option "use" should come up. If the mayor has not given you the key, then you have to talk to him in his house in the morning.

You have to have the key the mayor gives you in your hands then approach the clock tower with the key in your hand and it will open the tower
