My game gets hung up on Calvin's request sceen. Is there any way to fix this?

I have no personal experience with this, but I have read on several other places that there is no way around this game glitch.

Buy a disc repairer and cleaner and clean and repair it, it should be fine

I heard that you can send it back to natsume for a fixed one.

I think you can call Natsume- (Their number is probably at the back of the case of the game) and say that you want a new fixed CD. I did that and when I did the request for Calvin it worked. But you have to accept that you have to start over.
