The five fish you can buy from ozzy, or just catch 5 fish no diffrence, you find the bell at the church be there at 2 A.M. But talk to perry inside the church earlier that day, you must have all the other bells rung first

To get 5 fish, just use your fishing pole. If you don't have one, go down to the beach under the watermill in Flute Fields, and Toby will give you one. For the Purple Bell, I recommend this page. http://fogu.com/hm/animal_parade/the_purple..
