First you press the b button then you press c rapidly and press b again.

Dude , depending on the system youre playing on, just press the buttons it tells you to, then use impedimenta on the death eaters that approach but petrificus totalus on the confringo guy

Use Expulso - the one with many balls - and point at the heart. Do that a couple times, and you'll win at the end
