Well, the best way is to play songs of increasing difficulty, until you can master them. Obviously it's not the easiest way, but it's the fastest way. The second best way is by making more bands and doing easy mode again. The money passes onto a singular account so all the money is put together.

It does not make a noise when you put it in but it still works
You must learn to play on Expert really good so you get 5 stars on some songs.
