I did by 7 seconds. It was a little hard though, it took me like 15 tries.
To beat it all you need is good drifting skill and the Honda NSX-R with full uogrades. Also I want you to try and beat my official world record time(on speedrun.com ) on Complex Speedway of single lap in 25.278 seconds.
