Your only required to do the snow and city one's cause they are silver key activities and if you want to complete the game 100%, I suggest that you do them. And if you need help on the snow resort one you can ask me cause I know it by heart lol. XD The city one I can't really explain but you can look on youtube I'm sure there is a video that can help you out. 
I,ve beaten this game like 50 times over my summer vacation lol that's how much I love it! ;) And that's how much I don't have a life either XD
