Lehran (sephirian) and pelleas use dark magic, to get pelleas you have to keep him alive when asked to kill him (second playthough and higher) and to get lehran you must delpoy the bk in the endgame of part 1, have ike fight the bk in part 3.7 and have both of them live. Pelleas uses dark and thunder when you first get him as a dark sage and if you premote him he gains the use of a staff
