Can someone help with these Medals?

I have 3 questions. Info for any of them would be appreciated.

1. How do I get the medal whose hint mentions that when you are in a bind, sometimes fate lends a hand?

2. How do I get the medal for ejecting or pulling a crystal armor pilot, and can I do this at any time in the desert?

3. What medals can only be gotten once per playthrough?

Sadly I can only answer #3, there are no 1st playthrough only medals because the (insert number here)st/rd/th time through is the same exact thing....you lose everthing except your health and accesories.

Okay I can help with number 2 because I can't help with number 1 without the medal number to eject the pilot first pull the emergency switch on the back of the crystal armor (this can be done with crystal armors, death machines and omega slaves and you'll still get the medal) to eject the pilor pull the switch 2 times to get it to thrust into a wall (this will earn you the "Special Forces Dude" medal) run it into the wall like 2-3 times then pull the switch again this will cause the pilot to eject and it will kill the armor. Hope this helps
