To get more money in manager mode you need to sell players from your team.
Keep searching with younth squad buy them if there good and sell keep doing that
Create 2, 3 players and make all their stats 99..
Especially those stats which are more required for their position...
For example for Wide Players all the attacking & Movement stats should be...
Even if their age is 27 still you can sell them for +100 Million $...
I created a Left Mid-Fielder whose age was 27 and sold him to city for 99$...
You can get alot of money on be a manager by upgrading your media on club upgrades then when you finish playing matches you get about 2,456 coins.
You can try to buy upgrades to your pay per game or sell players with full potential but you have transfer points so you can get stuck to that theory
