by practising. memorizing the track and breaking points.

Guest answered:

Turn onthe racing line and follow it and brake whem it goes dark red but only stop accelerating if it goes light red. Try not to crash and good luck.

Guest answered:

when i race i just go into it and if in career mode in single player either do practise or qualifying then race i am on my 4th or 5th career and i know monaco track off by heart and i know when to brake and accelerate out hope this has been useful.
=)

Guest answered:

do all the practising and in my opinion i set my car up with lots of grip so i can go round conners faster so if i break to late it doest matter as much

You could of course put a lot of grip on the car, but that decreases your speed level. It's better to do for example: Standard Grip-Speed balance: 70 and then put it back to 65, that makes up for your loss on speed.
The point where I always win my races is on the first corner.
Guest answered:

Turn race line on for practice and qualifying but turn it off for the actual race and by then should get a rough idea of where the corners are and when to brake. (hint:put lots of grip on for Japanese grand prix). Happy playing

Guest answered:

No no.... I only break twice in each grand prix, and you find this out in the qualifying, also change the tyres to soft at the first qualifying I find this gives a least 2 secs....
