How do I find Tommy so I can train to do darts? I have searched for answer and have that he's in the corner of the playground but cannot find him. What does he look like?

He's in Rabblewoods, the place you unlock after getting 9 golden stickers. After you unlock it a message will come up. Tommy wears shades so he's kind of the odd one out.
He is in a tent by the big tree when you first enter rabblewoods. Turn left and he is across from the dodgeball
