I'm at the end of the game and have made it to xiphos, but I died. I went back and trained and now I'm at level 44. I'm trying to get the aurora blade to ensure my victory, but I sold the gold bar I found in the red sea, spent almost all my mini medals on yagdrassial leaves and only have 9 mini medals left. I need the gold bar! What is the fastest way to get mini medals or the fastest way to get gold bars?

Havent got a clue on any of that sorry but was wondering if you could help me out on chapter 3 you get to this bridge where you've got to fight this flying bird thing which pecks away at the rope bridge if you kill it 2 then appear & eventually cut through the bridge & you fall & have to restart help? As these things do not die except with super moves.
To get a gold bar, you need to get an S on the red sea. As for mini medals, just keep turning over rocks. Hope I helped!
Angharad what you have to do is deflect there attacks. They take 1-2 hits to die.
Once you beat the game there are these mirror bosses . Fight the second mirror and you get 1 gold bar for A rank and 2 for S rank. Not to mention 2 lava lumps
