First waste time by running away in order to advance (where the screen tells you to press the 1 button), if he gets too close do this: A, down+b, A,A,B (in a perspective of the wiimote and nunchuck) then run. If he does a z counter (up+A) with the right timing press A+B to avoid and get behind him (if he gets hit then press A+B) should he throw ki blast at you press A+B then wave the wiimote. I don't know what else to say but keep fighting and try again if you loose, plus it helps if you go to ultimate training to train (practice against the cpu) and to learn basic, intermediate, and advance controls.
