I'm assuming the problem is that you can't find him? He's at the Barber Shop. He'll say something along the lines of "I cut myself" and then he'll throw a tissue on the floor. Pick it up, and there you have it.

but when i grab the tissue with his blood i get an email saying "good job getting the tissue...not go get his DNA" and i can't do anything until Pete goes back to the barber shop...so i still need his DNA and the financial reports! Guest answered:
He eventually will be there, do get the dna from the tissue go to your evidence screen, then click on the tissue and you can swap it for dna.
