I Have opened the door on Return to Ratcicle Kingdom and I'm now facing a big Icicle Which I think I need to break to get across to the other side but cannot get the Icicle to collapse

use the mind grab mutatant. highlight the icicle like you were going to grab it with you mind power and flick down really fast.
