How do I beat the Kaftar in the lodge that's on fire?

It might take a while but have a lot of ammo and move at all times and shoot it when you see it
All I did was used the heavy rifle and keept shooting it and reloading realy fast.
The trick is to use the heavy rifle, when your health is low stay on the rugs because it gives you a heart shot wich gives you 20+ health, when it charges at you charg at it and the turn around and shot it, make sure are all ways faceing it and find ammo and health packs.
