Day 3 Alaska, how do you kill the Elk being chased my 3 wolves? It's a timed kill and I can't do it!!!

You have to move to the blind, hit (-) quickly then shoot the elk on the run as it is going over the hill. It was easier to kill the bear at the end then the elk. Use the long range gun.

It is a timed kill.suggestions are to max out your rifles scope and bolt.when you begin the hunt just passed the bear cut scene go toward the right as there is a route that takes you to a better spot for the shot.remember the varibles that can be the difference kill or miss(watch wind when taking your shot)good luck!!! I have shot the elk over 50 times and completed the game just as many!!

Get the advance barrel on the long range and hold breath for the kill

Don't move to the blind. Just aim, zoom in with the best scope on the long range rifle with advance barrel and ammo, hold your breath, aim at the vitals and shoot. Don't take to long: if you fire as you start breathing, you'll miss.
