The mobile phone says that I need to go to the Rock out and then buy new songs, but all the songs are bloqued and I can't buy them, what I supossed to do? Help me please!

Go to katia who is outside the shop then complete her task(s) then you will get a voucher thingy then you can get a song or both...I had that same problem and it's quite easy to do! Her score is 16...
