No, it's not a dating sim. Technically youvould roleplay with another person.. But you need creativity for that one haha.

You actually can get married but you would have to pretend with another person.

My friend told me that an animal had asked her if she wanted to get married to him, but she said no =( I wish she said yes to see what happens and try to get merry, ps this was on the gamecube, I'm not sure if it is possible on the wii

No, you can't get married, unfortunetly. But, thing is, like other users say, you can roleplay with other users!! Besides, if you were to get married and do it with you're spouse, then why would it be rated e for everyone?
