Question for Animal Crossing: City Folk

I was walking around my town at about 9 or 10 o'clock in the moning, and then I saw a golden lamp. I picked it up. I went into my pockets and it was lebeled "Empty Lamp" What do I do with it? Keep it, get rid of it? What?

You should keep it. Every few days, at night time, walk around your town until you find a ghost named Whisp. Talk to him. He should ask you about his lamp that he has lost. When you find it, give it to him. He will then disappear to your attic. Go there, and he will grant you a wish of three choices.

1)All Cockroaches killed. (Obvious)

2)All weeds pulled. (Obvious)

3)Item. (He will give you a very rare item)
