i have been trying for two months and she still wont give me the golden or silver axe.

First your supposed to donate 200,000 bells into the Town Fund to get a third Bridge then your supposed to donate 300,000 more bells to get a Fountain. Then you donate 500,000 more bells to get a lighthouse.

About Serena, you must first off have VERY good feng shui if you want it fast. Look up "accf feng shui". Talking to Katrina also helps sometimes. Hope I helped.
