I got my foreign fruits by writing my neighbors a letter with the word fruit in it and attached a cheap shell and half of the letters I got back had foreign fruits in them. I don't know why but it worked for me.
send letters to GIRLS in your town. Say "How are you?" and attach a native fruit. They will either send you clothhes or foreign fruit back.
