How can I find Whisp the Ghost?

I can't seem to find whisp the ghost anywhere.
I go to the southeast of the town every monday night.
I go at 9:00pm and at 4:00am
But I can't find him!!!
I already found his lamp.

Somebody, please tell me, how can I find him?
And how does he approach you?

Look every were in the south east corner find him first then find the lamp he is there. Good luck

I found the magic lamp during the day time. Then went back in at midnight to find him. People say he is always around water well My Whisp was near the town hall and not where around water. You have to go into the game every day and search you total acres one day you will find the magic lamp. Then go back into the game the same night. Slowly search and when you get near him he will speak to you, till you find him. He is really shy. I have found him 3 times.

Wisp is not always at water. (And if you haven't found hin please do not try to post something helpful. You only read what other people has already said.) I found him near the bus stop at the entrance to my town. Also it doesn't have to be Monday night. It was a Tuesday and it was about 9: 30. Just walk all through your town til he starts whispering. He's there, you just have to look ;) have fun!

I can't find him either. I found him once then the lamp but can't find him anymore.

To get them back? I use to catch butterflies and bugs but I don't see them anymore. Please help me also I use to be
Able to visit other towns and that doesn't allow me to do this anymore.
