Ok well I've found the ghost's lamp twice! And I go to the southeast corner of the map all the time, either at 9:00pm or 4:00am and I've never found the ghost! You guys need to help me more! Please!

You'll find whisp near the ocean when you get the lamp again pick up the lamp & wait until nooks is closed around the time frame of 9 p.m.-4a.m. That part of the ocean is in the southeast corner of the map he always appear around the same time frame but never the same area twice he comes between 9p.m.-4.a.m. You have to check every time frame in between 9 p.m. & 4 a.m. & he never appears around the same time frame twice just keep checking every time frame
after wisp tells you to find his lamp he will wait in the ATTIC of your house
