I saw on wikipedia that if you select an option on the phone blanca will sometimes visit you, however, I can't find any option like this and need help!

That is wrong blanca only comes to your town after you visit another town the phone option is only to turn your wifi connection on and off I want to visit a town and get the cats the item I want is the lovley phone
The thing in the phone is in wild world, and blanca only comes after you visit someones town or someone vists your town.
I had her yesterday and she alrady hada face I think some one from perdue drawn the face so I changed it. So yah if a friend allrady drawn a face on you got an option keep it or change it to your style of face that you want her to have
